The P4Index is the intellectual property of Agamedes HRM solutions. As a visitor or member of the P4Index website, hereinafter also referred to as 'P4Index' or the 'Website', you agree to the terms and conditions below, either by visiting the Website, or by using the Website, or by registering as a member.

P4Index and other tests.

All data in tests created must be legal and legitimate. You expressly acknowledge this provision and are solely responsible for the data, texts and images you publish, both under civil and criminal law. Data published must not infringe the copyright, patent or trademark rights, trade secrets or other proprietary, intellectual, privacy, personality or publicity rights of any third party. Data published must not be deceptive, threatening, defamatory or harassing.

Fees

The private use of the tests on P4Index.com is subject to fees. For the use by labour organisations and commercial users, a fee is payable, depending on the nature and scope of the services purchased by the organisation. This fee is laid down in an agreement between the organisation and Agamedes HRM solutions.

In time Agamedes HRM solutions can add functionalities for which a fee will be charged. These functionalities and their costs will be mentioned on the website and communicated to all account holders.

Trademarks

Agamedes.company, P4Index.com, P4Index and Agamedes HRM Solutions are trademarks. Even dilutions of the name, such as Agemedes, are covered by the trademark.
